The Fixed-Position Wrist Restraint transport device affords the same safety, security, and effectiveness of the Rotating / Moveable Wrist Restraint device, but without the capability to move a prisoner's hands anywhere on the Waist Belt. Available in nylon seatbelt type material or Kevlar. Kevlar version has greater cut resistance and is heat resistant to 1000 degrees Fahrenheit.
