Ripp Restraints Model TB-700 Transport Belt With S&W Cuffs on Extended Straps. Strong and durable, Ripp Restraints Transport Belts are made from 2" wide, 1400 lb polypropylene webbed belting. The hook & loop, double-sealed closure and padlock slot provide added security and ease of use. Smith & Wesson handcuffs are attached to center of belt with 12" straps.
