When transporting subjects, it is important to safeguard the security of those involved. This specialty restraint is used to restrict kicking and violent behavior before and during the transportation process by restricting leg extension. Recommended for use with a hobble in order to place the restrained prisoner in a safe seated position. The belting goes around prisoner's waist to give an anchor point and the D-ring receives the hobble strap which then connects to the legs to prevent full extension.
