This restraint strap features Smith & Wesson Model 100 handcuffs permanently attached to either end of the propylene belting of this model. The belt itself consists of doubled 1" wide propylene straps with a massive 700 lb. strain capacity. For ease of use, the belting on this model measures 30" end to end and weighs a mere 11 ounces.
